How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery arrives in 4–7 business days, express in 2–3, and next-day if you order before 1pm ET. Furniture and lighting travel on a scheduled service and we'll call to agree a window.

Is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free on orders over $150. Below that a flat rate applies, always shown before you pay.

Can I return something?

Yes — 30 days from delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Return postage within the US is on us. Made-to-order pieces and unsealed candles or skincare are the exceptions.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking page with your order number and the email you checked out with. Signed-in customers can also see every order in their account.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide. Duties and import taxes are payable on arrival and aren't included in our prices.

Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?

Accepted Answer

Timber grain, leather tone, glaze and weave vary naturally between units, and screens render colour differently. Small variation is a sign of the material, not a fault.

How do I care for the materials?

Oil timber twice a year, condition leather when it feels dry, wash linen cool and line dry, and hand wash stoneware. Every order includes a care card specific to the piece.

Is my payment secure?

Payment is handled entirely by a PCI-compliant gateway over an encrypted connection. Card details never touch our servers and are never stored by us.

Do you restock sold-out pieces?

Usually, though small batches mean a gap of a few weeks. Email the studio and we'll tell you the expected date.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If it hasn't been dispatched, yes — email us with your order number as soon as you can and we'll amend or refund it.
