Plain-language terms covering orders, pricing, accounts and liability.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract once we send your dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or the order fails our fraud checks — you are refunded in full in every such case.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken through a secure gateway before dispatch. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes never affect an order already confirmed.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at hello@chetova.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, resale abuse or repeated chargebacks.
Products
Our pieces are made in small batches from natural materials, so grain, tone and weave vary between units. Photography is colour-managed but screens differ; slight variation is not a fault.
Intellectual property
All imagery, copy, and the Chetova name and marks belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law, including the right to goods that match their description and are fit for purpose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
