We collect the minimum needed to fulfil your order and keep your account secure — nothing is sold on.
What we collect
Contact details (name, email, phone), shipping and billing addresses, order history, and basic technical data such as device type and pages viewed. Card details are never stored on our systems — they are handled directly by our PCI-compliant payment provider.
How we use it
- Processing, packing and delivering your orders
- Sending order confirmations, dispatch notices and tracking updates
- Handling returns, refunds and customer service requests
- Sending our newsletter, only where you opted in
- Detecting fraudulent orders and protecting accounts
Who we share it with
Only the processors we need: our payment gateway, delivery carriers, email provider, and hosting infrastructure. Each is bound by contract to use your data solely to provide their service.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to erase your account at any time. Email privacy@chetova.com and we will respond within 30 days. Marketing emails carry an unsubscribe link in every message.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your bag, plus aggregate analytics to understand which pages need work. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though the bag and sign-in will stop persisting.
Retention
Order records are kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Account data is removed on request, other than records we are legally required to retain.
